Mid-to-high-end composite paint door products

Technical process: white blank polishing → spraying transparent primer → polishing → spraying transparent primer → polishing → spraying transparent primer → polishing → color correction → light sanding → spraying clear topcoat. This method of using three bottoms and one side eliminates the need for scraping and reduces the intensity of sanding. Moreover, the composite paint door has good permeability and can clearly express the grain of the wood. The price of this kind of composite paint door is a bit high, but the quality is good.

High-end goods

The process of this composite paint door is similar to the previous technical process, that is, it will be colored with Grace when the transparent primer is sprayed for the first time. Strong three-dimensional effect and good permeability. However, the cost of composite painted doors is high and the working time is a bit long.
